RGL – Forensic Accountants & Consultants, a forensic accounting firm, announced the opening of the firm’s newest offices in Boston and Las Vegas. Including these offices, RGL has opened seven new offices throughout the world – five in the U.S., one in Europe and one in Australia – within the past 18 months.
Leading the Las Vegas office, which is located on Howard Hughes Parkway, is RGL Manager-in-Charge Joseph Leauanae. Formerly with RGL’s Salt Lake City office, Leauanae focuses his practice in litigation support, business valuations, investigative accounting assignments, and loss quantifications cases on behalf of insurers, attorneys, businesses and corporations.
In addition to being a certified public accountant, Leauanae holds credentials within the accounting and finance industries including the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers. He is also an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
In Boston’s Faneuil Hall area, Jason Lelio, has been appointed manager-in-charge of the new office.
Lelio has worked extensively with insurance companies and attorneys providing forensic and investigative accounting services that include the measurement of economic damages and litigation support. Lelio is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
According to CEO Sherlyn Farrell, RGL’s recent growth can be attributed to increased recognition of the firm’s professional expertise and unique offering of services. “Today’s business and legal environment demands the best from professional services firms,” she said. “We continue to grow because we are one of the few firms that combine forensic and investigative accounting with economic loss review and business valuation services.”
