Kaplan Professional, a division of Kaplan, Inc., has acquired The Saenger Organization on behalf of its subsidiary, Dearborn Financial Services. The Saenger Organization is a provider of insurance pre-licensing and continuing education programs throughout the Northeast region and is Kaplan Professional’s third insurance industry acquisition this year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Saenger Organization will become part of Dearborn Financial Services, a leading provider of licensing, continuing education, certification training and compliance solutions for securities, insurance and financial services organizations and professionals. The Saenger Organization was established 25 years ago and has provided insurance training to over 150,000 professionals.
“Saenger expands our geographic distribution and significantly enriches our offerings to professionals in the Northeast,” said Eric Cantor, President of Kaplan Professional. “With the addition of Saenger’s products and services, we look forward to better serving our current students and corporate customers.”
Based in Medway, Massachusetts, the Saenger Organization’s programs will enhance Dearborn’s current course offerings by providing an enriched portfolio of insurance pre-licensing and continuing education for insurance and financial services professionals in the areas of property, casualty, life, accident and health.
