All these changes and clarifications will not alter a thing – a crook is a crook.
I have spent in excess of $50,000 to be properly licensed in all jurisdictions and the work and the stupidity tells me eventually we will have federal licenses.
The states are not now following the federal regulations. This is such a simple act and potentially a great money maker for the states and they screw it up.
    They deserve to lose it.
Someone, Anyone – please tell me what state regulation brings to the table?
Don’t tell me the consumer is served; he maybe served if he lives in Dallas, Tx, but not if he lives in Belleville, Il., works in St. Louis, Mo. and his biggest customer is in Arkansas.
Make up your model legislation and get it passed in 52 jurisdictions in one life time.
Talk about trial lawyers-they are pikers compared to regulatory lawyers.
I may be bitter, but I know a pig in a poke when offered.
