Rockwood Programs has reached an agreement with Avemco Insurance Company to be the exclusive administrator of a nationwide Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) program underwritten by the carrier. Avemco is a member company of HCC Insurance Holdings Inc.
Rockwood has been a provider of EPLI coverage for more than seven years. The agency has provided such product ideas as short-form applications, paperless compliance, and on-line quote indication functionality. Avemco Insurance Company is an A+ (Superior) rated carrier.
“The strategic alliance we established with this Houston Casualty Company affiliate provides us with the flexibility we need to compete in the dynamic EPLI marketplace”, said Glenn Clark, Rockwood’s president.
In an effort to better round out its product offering, Rockwood has also entered into exclusive distribution arrangements with several other carriers.
Coverage is available in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. The EPLI program offers an array of liability limit and retention options.
