PCI Urging House to Move Forward on Regulatory Modernization

    This is an absurd statement of principal masquerading…it is the regulated community asking to be regulated in a way that makes sense to them, and not the consumers/general public? Typical industry PR about how removing them from what they consider restrictive regulation will lead to a more productive American economy and happy consumer. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. Streamlining regulation in their sense of the term is the same as deregulation and lets the fox closer to the chicken coop guardhouse.
