Arch Insurance Group, a division of Arch Capital Group Ltd., has redesigned its Web site with fresh content, easy-to-use navigation, and special features for both brokers and customers.
“We’ve embarked on an initiative that invites our customers and brokers to get to know us better,” said Tom Kaiser, executive vice president, Arch Insurance Group. “We created a website that gives users all of the pertinent information they need to know about Arch with just a few clicks of their mouse.”
While visiting the site, users may recognize some familiar faces. Arch decided to have its employees populate the images on the Web site. “We wanted to put a ‘real’ face on our company,” said Mr. Kaiser.
The North American underwriting companies of Arch Insurance Group provide a wide range of property, casualty and specialty insurance for corporations, professional firms and financial institutions across the United States and Canada.
