Wells Fargo provided National Union Fire Insurance Company and AIG with my personal information, and they, in turn, provided it to a telemarketing company who harassed me with phone calls in 2009 and 2011 attempting to sell insurance. I never asked for insurance, never wanted insurance, and regardless of making the mistake of picking up my home phone once in 2009 and 2011, AIG and National Union Fire Insurance Company began to charge my Wells Fargo credit card for insurance policies I never wanted. I never provided AIG or NUFIC with my Wells Fargo credit card information. Jasirae Lindsay, Sr. Analyst in Texas with NUFIC called my home on 5/5/15 indicating she would be mailing me a check. I was foolish to believe her. $2,939.55 has been charged to my Wells Fargo account for “coverage” I never needed or wanted. I have advised I want this entire amount refunded, plus interest that I have had to pay. The circle of sharing of my information is unjust, and I will continue to contact any office, anywhere, including the governor and insurance commissions and law firms, if necessary, to get this back. I have never received any paperwork from NUFIC, but it doesn’t matter, because I never wanted insurance. I will get every dollar of this money back.

In similar situation currently with NUFIC. Curious, has anyone ever received any of their money back from this company ?
