Belton (with Hunter Keilty Muntz & Beatty Ltd., Toronto, Ontario, Canada), who continues his board service as chairman emeritus. Hering is the managing principal and CEO of Barney & Barney LLC in San Diego, which has been affiliated with Assurex Global since 1984.
