The new office in Denver would be headed by Mike Bible, account executive, and is located at 554 Charrington Court, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Carol Ann Folkman, senior pharmacy consultant for Evergreen Rx, will head the Illinois office located at 2052 N. Lincoln Park West, Suite 1105, Chicago, IL 60614.
