The ability for customers to print policy documents such as premium bills, policy declarations pages and auto ID cards is also now a feature of the secured customer area of Kemper’s site.
Customers can conduct these quick and easy self service functions in just a few quick clicks. They can also sign up for recurring payments to be withdrawn from a checking or savings account.
The company’s 2,500 independent agents have the ability to make payments with a Visa credit card on Kemper’s secured agent-only web portal RightPrice Web.
