SO far the settlement favors big business and the lawyers. The individual litigents that have problems because of abestos are still lost.
I am waiting to see how and when we aill recieve fair compensation. The infornmation on the settlement is vague. It does not explain how we will be compensated. When we will be compensated.

Its been over a year and we the little people have not heard anything else about this settlement.
It’s been over 10 yrs in the waiting for me it was my fathers lawsuit he passed away before settlement was made to him..So you have a long wait..your grand kids will get it before you do..They will pay when they are damn good ready not before..and some of the offers are off the wall try getting one for $86.00…lmao.They are crazy my father died because of this disease and I will not stand for this..Good Luck
