Swett & Crawford, based in Atlanta, Ga., has appointed James E. Moylan Jr. as chief financial officer. Moylan has extensive experience in strategic and financial management of public companies in business services, energy, manufacturing, and electronics.
Formerly Moylan served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of PRG-Schultz International, an Atlanta-based publicly held recovery audit and business services firm; and as executive vice president in charge of Composite Panel Distribution and Administration for Georgia-Pacific Corporation’s building products distribution business.
He also brings experience in acquisitions, divestitures and investor/capital market relations to Swett & Crawford, the result of positions as chief financial officer at SCI Systems, a global manufacturer of electronics and Sonat, Inc., a multi-specialty energy company, both NYSE-listed, Alabama-based organizations.
Moylan, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
