The Target Markets Program Administrators Association’s Sixth Annual Program Summit to take place in Tempe, Ariz, Oct. 23-25, will include presentations from 40 program insurance carriers, a sign that the program market is heating up, the association says.
“Target Markets is in a strong position to take advantage of a renewed appetite for writing programs,” says Art Seifert TMPAA President. “Carriers continue to look for the established programs, but there is a growing trend to look at new program opportunities from aggregated books of business, and smaller programs with growth potential.”
“The TMPAA provides an ideal forum for insurers, program managers and vendors looking for options,” said Greg Thompson, TMPAA president-elect. “The spike in our Association’s membership is a good indicator of growth in the program market segment, and the potential that exists for new business.”
The TMPAA Sixth Annual Summit provides educational workshops for program specialists, peer networking, and a vendor trade show of products that focus on program business. Program specialists and managing general agents interested in learning more about the TMPAA or attending the Association’s Sixth Annual Summit can go to www.targetmkts.com or call 877-347-5700.
