I\’m fine with paying victims who suffered through WWII, but paying their children and grandchildren who did not suffer I\’m not ok with. If every person who\’s parents, grandparents, or ancestors wrongly suffered at one time was entitled to some type of compensation, almost everyone on planet would be in court.
I think that\’s the dream of every Attorney World-Wide! Let\’s all just wallow in self pity & try to take what someone else has because we were burdened, suffered, or someone we are related to or knew has been.
WHAT A CROCK!
But, as far as paying their children & grand children, If they are the ones legally entitled & the person that suffered is proven to be deceased, I see nothing worng with their family collecting on this, as the one that suffered DID go through it & they would have left it to their heirs anyway! There should be a limitation however, in that if the heirs are not named in the will, it is not to be rendered to the State! These funds should go to the people & their respective heirs!
the US Courts should have absolutely no involvement in this matter. This is a total waste of our money and time in our Courts. All this crap belongs in Europe.
is Generali just trying to buy time until these poor victims are deceased?
