Six organizations serving the property/casualty insurance industry have become associate members of the American Association of Insurance Services.
The organizations that have become associate members in 2007 are:
– AgencyPort Insurance Services Inc., Boston;
-E2Value Inc., Stamford, Conn.;
-First Internet Solutions, Sheboygan Falls, Wis.;
-LexisNexis, New York;
-Munich Reinsurance America, Princeton, N.J.; and
-Tritech Financial Systems, Toronto, Ontario,Canada.
The organizations that became associate members in 2006 include:
-Aon Re, Chicago;
– Guidewire Software Inc., San Mateo, Calif.;
-ISCS Inc., San Jose, Calif.;
-Mutual Reinsurance Bureau, Cherry Valley, Ill.;
-SCOR Reinsurance, Itasca, Ill.; and
-Shelter Reinsurance, Columbia, Mo.
Based in Wheaton, Ill., AAIS is a national advisory organization that develops policy forms and rating information used by property/casualty insurers who are regular member companies of the association. In addition, reinsurers, software vendors and other service providers who support AAIS member companies can have access to the association’s information resources.
