Travelers expanded its workers compensation coverage tailored to the needs of public entities during the Public Risk Insurance Management Association (PRIMA) 28th annual conference.
“Our expanded appetite builds on the claim and underwriting expertise that we currently offer to public entities,” said Tad Himes, underwriting director for Travelers Public Sector Services. “Workers compensation, combined with our existing public entity coverages, provides a total account solution through a single carrier.”
Policyholders also benefit from TravComp, a claims management service that includes a local point of contact; the Injured Worker Web site (www.mywcinfo.com); integrated medical bill management, and 24-hour claim reporting.
