Let’s charge the same auto rates to 16 year old males as to 40 year-olds. After all, it’s not the kid’s fault that they’re 16-they were born when they were born!
Don’t you think that Mrs Clinton may have had a dialogue with big insurance before she came out with yet another big government plan? Maybe educating herself before shooting her mouth off just didnt poll well.
Sorry if my slight of the queen bothered you. We used to have 20 or more health insurance providers in my state, before
January 1993 that is. When the queen started blathering about socialist health care our piggybacking insurance Kommissar Debra Senn gushed all over herself to enact socialized health care in Washington. So, Kommissar Senn abolished underwriting for health insurance. Yes, thats right folks, no more rating for pre-existing conditions. So health insurance agents signed up those dying but still alive (like at the AIDs hospice), those with cancer but no insurance, and pregnant mothers to be. Never mind that none of those folks paid in to the system beforehand. Never mind that rates didnt reflect the new exposure. Never mind that health insurers told Kommissar Senn that the program was unsustainable and lastly, never mind that the insurers promised to leave and not retuen unless it was changed back OR rates changed to reflect the new risk. Bottom line? We now have 2 or 3 real health insurance providers. We used to have a major medical plan we would sell to part of the 15% who have chosen to not have health insurance, young men and women. For $70 or $80 per month they had an option that really fit their lifestyle. Not anymore.
Thanks for the bright idea, Hillary-ous.
Sounds like her idea of government alright. More cost, less choice.

This is frickin’ communism.

Since when did Chris Dodd have an operation and change his name to Hillary Clinton.
This article reads as follows, “introduced in the Senate on November 7 by Senators Clinton, D-N.Y., and Nelson, D-Fla”.
Chris Dodd’s legislation is reviewed in another article. He got a better reception from the reinsurance community…
