Ian Packer has been named partner and chief financial officer, and Scott Brock was named partner and chief operating officer of national insurance broker and employee benefits/human resources consultant Apex Global Partners, based in Dallas.
Apex’s Chairman and CEO Gary R. Griffith, Brock and Packer comprise the partners and executive committee of Apex. Additionally, Brock and Packer will join Griffith on Apex’s Board of Directors.
