This is an isolated case Leo. Few executives deserve this and he should go elsewhere. AIG is a sinking ship as everyone says so the talanted should leave until AIG can recover and pay back it’s dues. There will always be competent people in poorly run companies and incompetent people in good running organizations. That’s just the way it is and to say it isn’t so would be a lie. Sadly the really good guys don’t make it to the top very often, so good for him.
I am sure Clint will do a great job setting down the law at this ruthless, law breaking organization. If only more companies would hire tough guys to run them we would be able to fix this economic recession that threatens the well being of our country.
Congress won’t let them get what they earned ( performance pay) so why stay at AIG?
Take your brains and expereince and go to someone where you will get paid.
