Hiscox has appointed Bob Gadaleta and Chris Leisz as senior vice presidents in the Management Liability Division. They are based in Hiscox’s Manhattan office.
Gadaleta and Chris will focus on expanding the existing mot-for-profit management liability and public officials’ liability books of business as well as starting a Private Company Management Liability underwriting unit.
Prior to joining Hiscox, Gadaleta spent 14 years at American International Group Inc. where most recently he had national oversight for the not-for-profit book of business including directors and officers’ liability, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability. He had a particular focus on the higher education and health care sectors.
Leisz also joins Hiscox from American International Group Inc. where he held various positions in the private/not-for-profit management liability division, initially in divisional counsel roles and most recently as vice president and chief underwriting officer. Prior to joining AIG, he was an associate with the law firm of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg LLP.
