Coming from AIG and observing first hand how bad their District Manager system was, Sagalow is sure to change/eliminate the FIG DM system. It is a totally useless concept in today’s insurance market, and the savings to shareholders would be enormous. They’ll need it if Farmers New World Life is downgraded.
