San Francisco-based American E&S Insurance Brokers is offering
property and general liability coverage for vacant commercial and residential buildings. Available nationwide (except Kentucky), the program is available for properties valued up to $2 million. Residential (DP1 and DP3) and commercial (basic or special) forms are available with low minimum premiums. Deductibles are from $500 to $25,000. Three-, six-, nine- and 12-month policies are available with $1 million and $2 million limits for commercial, and $1 million limits for residential.
