Encino, Calif.-based NAS Insurance Services’ managed care facility has announced new, enhanced features, including:
-Broader definition of managed care services;
-Contingent bodily injury wording incorporated into the policy;
-Coverage for incidental medical services;
-Third-party discrimination and harassment coverage standard with purchase of employment practices liability; and
-Available Fiduciary Liability coverage.
NAS policyholders will also benefit from lower rates for errors and omissions, directors and officers, and EPL coverage. The program is available nationwide except in Alaska, Alabama and Illinois.
