Joseph Tracy has been named president of Travelers Inland Marine business unit.
Tracy, who joined Travelers in 2006, most recently served as chief underwriting officer for the Inland Marine business unit. Prior to joining Travelers, Tracy was the head of OneBeacon Insurance’s Inland Marine operations. He also has held positions with the Chubb Group of Insurance Cos. and Kemper Insurance Cos.
Tracy succeeds Richard Rowley, who founded Travelers Inland Marine in 1982. Rowley will continue as a senior adviser with the organization.
