“Intermediate-term” concerns? When Kevin Kelly left, I don’t think he promised to come back in the long-term, did he? The talen that is flowing out is not just an intermediate concern. It kills business relationships.

AIU has been around, from Shanghai to San Francisco to Seville, for a little less than 100 years. Their franchise value is dented but not permanently damaged-this company is a world leader, still-who else has $36 billion of revenue in the P & C business? While many people have left and are leaving (remember how many left when Hank was in his prime–just as many as are leaving today), it is likely that AIU will become stronger than ever before in time.
