The package professional and general liability program on an occurrence form with the option to include property is available in most states. Coverage is offered for beauticians/barbers, nails, waxing, eyelash and eyebrow enhancements, massage, body wraps and topical makeup application.
This program is available in all states excluding Alabama, Mississippi and West Viriginia.
Commission is payable at 10 percent, with higher commission available for managing general agents.
