Boston-based risk management firm Karen Clark & Co. has named John Tierney as senior vice president.
He joins the firm’s consulting practice to provide clients with an integrated approach to assessing, pricing, and managing catastrophe risks with the aim of improving operational performance and enhancing profitability.
Tierney brings over 35 years of management, actuarial and underwriting experience in the property and casualty industry. He has previously served as a consultant with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin, and has also held executive positions with Bunker Hill Insurance Co. and Allmerica Property and Casualty Cos.
