    Usually I won’t agree with a lot of what is said in these special exclusives…but my agency is growing at the expense of those who are doing nothing due to the economy.

    The bottom line is you have to always be in growth mode. When your agency stops growing it’s a force that gets worse and worse. You can’t get back on the bandwagon it seems.

    Treat every year as though it’s your first.

    Our Company has been cutting way back on expenses, advertising, promotions, and agency relations. But then our company is run by idiots who have no vision of how to grow the topline at a time when the market is full of opportunity.
