What? You know the consumer that took the low bid from the builder that took the lowest bid from the drywall contractor probably saved several hundred dollars on the construction cost of the house. Sometimes the lowest price is not the best deal as in insurance. Those low prices can come back to haunt you like little green lizards.
The Chinese will avoid the American Legal system like H1N1. After all, pain and suffering in China are every day occurances to be endured not compensated.

Good points Bob. Yes, the Chinese are “looking into it” but they already know the problem. Nothing new here.
Obama could sell them some more of our worthless bonds and give the billions to the effected homeowners.
