Irvine, Calif.-based Superior Access Insurance Services Inc. (SAIS) announced it will be providing aviation coverage products with support from more than 20 carriers. SAIS now has the ability to place and service a number of aviation-related exposures including corporate and charter aircraft services, airports, aircraft and avionics maintenance, flight training facilities, and personal and light sport aircraft.
“When we talk about aviation insurance and the customer segment that is interested in aviation insurance, we’re talking about a niche market that is very passionate,” said Keith Curry, general manager, Specialty Lines. “If you have the ability to provide the aviation portion of a customer’s portfolio, chances are very high that you will be able to add home, auto, or even commercial coverage if that customer owns their own business.”
