MetLife May Pay AIG in Stock, Cash for Life Insurance Unit

    Let’s see this makes so much sense. AIG sells off Alico to pay back the Government, but takes stock instead of cash. Net effect is that the Governement (us) now owns part of MetLife. This is one more step to making the USA more and more like a banana republic. All hail to Hugo Obama!

    and the snowball effect… will this mean that the pay czar will also control bonuses for this company as well? … i’m expecting a dividend check fm AIG and now, it looks like i should be getting one from metlife.. wow! i should not have to pay any taxes…..
