I think I would rather have the CIA, FBI and the Homeland Security show up at my house in the middle of the night instead of the IRS show up with one car in the middle of the afternoon.
It’s only going to get worse as the economy slides downward and Uncle Sugar’s revenues drop–and IRS get 17,000 new storm troopers courtesy of the recently passed healthcare “reform”.

This certainly must be some foreign country as it cannot be in the United States. Perhaps a new vrersion of guilty until proved innocent.
