Yes, we are the best. The employees are treated as individuals with different needs. On a school holiday we even accommodate the kids at the office. I am a partner and have never actually known owners to be so sympathetic. Even though we are over 100 strong, the agency is still a close knit organization. In the 8+ years I am here, very few people have been let go or quit. The loyalty is quite beyond today’s work environment.

I agree the B & G Group is the best Insurance Agency to work in. The agency is led by the two most caring, dedicated, professional individuals you will ever meet. The large workforce is a reflection of the agency’s leadership in dedication and professionalism which makes the B & G Group the best agency.

I came to work at the B&G Group after working on the carrier side as a claims adjuster for 24 yrs. I worked for eight different insurance carriers in that time. I was never made to feel as though I was valued as an employee and was never rewarded for doing a good job. That all has changed since my employ at the B&G Group. I feel appreciated as an employee and as a person. There is a true open door policy at The B&G Group.

Thank you all for letting me be part of your family.

I’ve been here @ The B&G Group as an employee and producer for 8+ years.

Our wonderful bosses, Richard & Evan Bower actually CARE about their employees … if you have a problem, you can go to them & not only will they listen, they always offer to help … what more can you ask for?

I feel blessed to work here … looking forward to the next 8 years!!!

August 1st I will be with B&G for 15 years with no intentions of ever leaving. No matter what your situation is, Richie and Evan are always willing to help in anyway they can. The success of this agency is a group effort. Everyone here always goes the extra mile to get the job done right. I am very lucky to have such a great place to work and call home.

If you really want to rate – forget the best agency to work for in the Nation – try they are the best in the Universe.
I am an employee here for 29 years. There could never be any employer/owners that can top what we have here. When you leave your house to come to work you are actually just coming to your other home.
They go beyond professionalism and dedication to their clients and employees. They truly emanate kindenss, concern, humanity and love beyond these walls and into the community.
Their doors are never closed to any employee both in their jobs and personal lives. When you work for the B&G Group you become their family.
I find it an honor and a great priveledge to work for such tremendously wonderful Agency owners.

I’ve been working for Richie and Evan Bower for over 8 years and they are absolutely the best! The agency has grown tremendously since I started but the feeling of “family” is still here.

The B & G Group is the best agency I have ever worked for. The employers are the most considerate people I have ever met – they work with all their employees problems to make their job & lives easier. All they expect in return is for you to do your job well!
Almost no one leaves The B & G Group, Inc. for another job because there is not a better place to work if you have any brain in your head(most people go right to a Nursing Home from here when they retire – they dont want to leave)All kidding aside they will do anything for their employees & we will do anything for them. Working here for over 15 years has been a pleasure thanks to Richard & Evan Bower!

I am very proud to be apart of such a caring and family oriented agency. I have the highest level of respect for my employers. Having Richie and Evan as wonderful leaders of our agency encourages all of us to strive to do our very best work and to give our clients the highest quality of service. I have been and employee of The B & G Group since 1996 and working for B&G all these years have been a pleasure. I am very proud to call it my second home.

With all due respect, can the brown nosing stop? I mean someone came back in and wrote that she forgot to put her name on the previous comment to make sure her boss read her comment. I truly believe B&G is a great place to work based on the employees feedback but this is getting out of control. We get the point already.

Not everyone put their name on the response. I do believe if you read most of the comments they all seem to refer to the owners sensitive nature to their employees. I doubt if so many employees are just saying it for points. If the company really does not hold itself to a high standard in all areas, many people will stay silent — which kind of says it all.
