Chicago-based broker JMB Insurance has named Matthew Horwitch as co-CEO.
Horwitch will lead the company side-by-side with co-CEO Ken Sacks.
Horwitch has 25 years of experience in the industry. He founded his own agency in 1988, which was acquired by Aon in 1999. Following the acquisition, he served as Aon’s managing director for the Upper Midwest Region. He moved to Lockton Cos. in 2002 as executive vice president, developing its Chicago national and middle market business. In 2006, he returned to Aon as president of its global account segment.
