Sounds like a great idea. But as the Indians have said You speak with forked tongue!
Look at the EPA going wild with overreaching rules, new regulations – even overruling Texas’s own regulations and saying don’t go thru Texas – we are the “KIng” for applications!

A left-wing plea to cut back on regulation? This is either a trick, or a revolution.

Government intrusion into private business. Hows that working with OBumba Care? Income for agencies is down, final pricing to consumers is up – way up. Now he wants to stick his nose in other business deeper.

Lets start with the required 1099 forms for any payment over $600. in the new healthcare law.

Beware of Trojan Horses. This President is king of regulation. He will invent an agency to oversee the agencies/departments on regulations and will probably come out with even more regulations. If he were serious, he would get rid of several departments such as EPA, Interior/Energy, Commerce, FCC and all their sub agencies. They all suck the life blood out of business. While he is at it, he should lay off all the Marxist Czars he has at the White House and save a lot on payroll.

He is borrowing a page from the great new Florida Governor Rick Scott! This was one of his first actions when he took office. This, and putting up for sale all government owned jets!

Too little too late. The President’s actions remind me of agents and agencies who looked the other way when the ethical thing to do was pass on a shoddy piece of business. Then when things tighten up and business gets rough, they are the first ones to cry foul and decry agents who are incrementally less virtuous than they have been. Anything to control and conserve their own skins. When times loosen up they will go right back to writing anything no matter how it smells.

Nothing more than radical-left damage control. He ( and his advisors ) are either incredibly stupid, or they think we are. You would get better use from this article if you printed it and made a paper airplane.

Like a domestic abuser, this Pres beats up his business partner, then apologizes for the beating and swears not to repeat it. Economic counseling is definately in order.

So President Obama is damend if he does…and damned if he doesn’t.

With some of you folks, he is always in a no win situation.

Personally, I would like to see a thorough review of the tax code and have favorable tax perqs that idustry lobbyists have caused to be put in place to the detriment of other businesses, not to mention the personal taxpayers. Obviously, the eye would be toward eliminating these. I would start with rewards to any business or segment that continues to export American jobs for slim reasons…and tailor elimination if the company invests in the US, its workers, or its home produced products.

In your response – you actually pinpointed why the criticism.
It’s what he does, not what he says. His retoric points to one thing – his actions tell the truth – and its not what he is saying.

These “isms” come to mind: Actions Speak Louder Than Words.
Fool Me Once, Shame On You. Fool Me Twice, Shame On Me. Also, his words are in direct contradiction to what socialism stands for, of which he is a self-professed believer in.

Obama is critisized for his record for the past 2 years. He has consistently done the wrong thing for America and gone against the will of the people in his quest to “fundamentally change” the country to his version of Socialist Utopia. I will believe he has “changed” when I see him admitting he has made mistakes with his policies and is ready to sign onto big spending cuts, reduction of the Federal Government and paring Obamacare by 80%.
