Good for the House. The onerous 1099 reporting requirement was the first step. Only 2,699 pages to go.

How does one then force the 1099’d people to pay taxes on the money they earn?

What does giving 1099’s to people you pay more than $600. have to do with healthcare? Good for the House, now if we can only get rid of the rest of this legislation!

The 1099 requirement was tacked onto Healtcare as an amendment along with everything else including the kitchen sink. It is time Congress stopped tacking on amendments to major legislation including all the pork they typically do on any spending bill. The culture of run a way spending has to cease since there is no more money for any and all of their pet projects.

314 to 112 Voted to repeal the onerous 1099 Law. No it goes to the Democratically controlled U.S. Senate led by that partisan hack Harry Reid. GOP gets blamed for not doing anything, now they are and the democrats aren’t working with the GOP. Hey that’s exactly the same thing that happened the last four years while they had control. So it appears Small Business will lose again. Democrats site they must make up $22 billion. So Obamacare IS expensive? Soak business for $22 billion, but we were told by Obama if you make under $250,000 per year you will not see your taxes go up not one dime! Guess he lied again!!! When you lie enough times you start believing your own press? Here’s a start in cutting $22 billion: eliminate the 14,000 IRS Agents you were going to hire, that’s probably at least $1+ billion of taxpayer money right there.

Isn’t this a moot point since the Federal Court ruled the entire law unconstitutional (reiterating that fact in a ruling on a Justice Department motion yesterday)?

Wayne the FL judge who ruled it unconstitutional put a stay on the ruling which allows the government to move forward with the implementation while they are appealing the decision.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Harry Reid Senate does not approve of ridding the law from the 1099 requirement. Even the Organizer in Chief is for getting rid of it. There may still be enough of the Progressive Socialist minions to forestall this bill. They are kicking and screaming over every spending cut the Republicans want to do. We have a 1.6 Trillion deficit and they are upset if 61 Bil is taken off of it. The deficit is equal to 1,600 Bil. It is truly amazing about these people and their ravenous need to spend money they don’t have.
