The property/casualty insurance trade group, the American Insurance Association (AIA), announced that Adam Noah has joined as its new vice president for federal affairs.
Most recently, Noah served in the office of Senator Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., as a legislative assistant providing policy analysis on financial services and related issues. Additionally, in this capacity, he served as the senator’s counsel to the conference committee for the landmark Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and also to the Capital Markets Task Force.
Prior to working in the Senate, Noah served as staff counsel for the House Small Business Committee where he focused on trade and tax issues. Previously, he worked for trade associations, political organizations, on campaigns, and at the White House.
