Synergy Professional Associates has a new lawyers professional liability program, which focuses on small firms with a specialty in intellectual property.
The new facility targets firms from one to 10 attorneys who have a concentration of their practice in the area of intellectual property. Eligibility is for lawyers who have demonstrated expertise in intellectual property litigation; patent licensing; patent search; patent prosecution, trademark and copyright registration, prosecution and litigation.
Limits are up to $2 million/$4 million. The minimum premium is $3,000 and is available in all 50 states. Coverage can be individually crafted.
The program is available to all licensed producers in all states on a non-admitted basis, underwritten by Beazley’s Lloyd’s syndicates 623/2623.
