Good for the Supremes. Too bad they can’t rule that the EPA is illegal and disband them. They are causing big trouble for the Coal companies because they are in the pocket of the environmentalists who wouldn’t mind completely shutting down coal which supplies much of the energy in this country.

the environmentalists also fail to point out the fact that of the 440 or so coal plants in the country, already close to 60% have outfitted their facilities prior to the law going into effect.

On the term’s last day, the court struck down a California law banning the sale or rental of violent video games to minors for violating free-speech rights, a landmark victory for video game publishers, distributors and sellers.

This isn’t something that should have even made it to the state floor. It is not the court’s responsibility to police what kids buy or rent – that is the duty of the parents. Christ, take some accountability.
