CNA has launched an enhanced version of its motor truck cargo legal liability form that provides cargo liability coverage for motor carriers whether on the road, loading or unloading, or stopped at terminals. Available in 45 states, the enhanced form provides broader coverages and coverage extensions along with the ability to tailor coverage for specific risks.
The following coverages are also included with the policy: arson and crime reward payments, contractual penalties, debris removal, expediting expenses, fire department service charge and extinguishing expense, freight charges, loss adjustment expense, moving equipment, off- and on-board electronics, on-board expendable supplies-spare parts, pollutant clean up and removal and preservation of cargo-extra expense.
CNA also offers contingent cargo for freight brokers, and warehouse legal liability for warehouse operators.
