Monitor Liability Managers, LLC has introduced a new employed lawyers professional liability (ELP) insurance program. The product provides attorneys and their staff working as corporate counsel with coverage for claims alleging negligence and legal malpractice in the performance of their duties.
The program is an extension of Monitor’s lawyers professional liability insurance.
“Attorneys acting as in-house counsel need the same level of protection as their colleagues in private practice,” Sandra C. Nelson, president.
Coverage is provided by W. R. Berkley Corp. member companies Admiral Insurance Co. and Berkley Insurance Co.
