The Platinum Errors & Omissions Real Estate Liability product is available to a broad range of real estate professionals, including residential and commercial sales, leasing, property management, consulting, auctioneering, mortgage brokering, broker’s price opinions/appraisal and escrow services.
Standard policy features include coverage for agent-owned property, open houses, subpoena assistance, security incidents and public relations/crisis events. Contingent bodily injury/property damage coverage is added to each policy.
Environmental hazards and discrimination defense coverage are available to full policy limits. Deductibles start at $1,000.
The product is self rating with an instant bindable application. An automatic renewal option is available. The Ohio-based agency also offers an endorsement for independent contractors.
