“Income inequality” is a term that really scares me. I don’t really understand what her solution is, but I am afraid that it is similar to “income redistribution” or “share the wealth”. We are always going to have “income inequality” unless we have a 100% communistic society, where everyone is “equal”.

It doesn’t refer to taking money from people and giving it to other people and it doesn’t mean communism or socialism.

Out of curiosity, what state do you live in Bob?

2012 will be the year at least one big insurance company gets a high-profile sting by SocialTech – IMHO. But on the flip side there are a ton of positives if you understand how to leverage Social. Again, my opinion, insurance executives need to start getting up to speed. What do others think?

I totally agree with Bob, who so accurately points out that “income inequality” smacks of the preference to have income redistribution or to put it the true way… communism. The free enterprise system does work best for all, even when some don’t earn the same. Give me free enterprise any day over income equality. I’m fully accept that it’s ok for Trump to make far more than me.

this kind of consumer power is damaging even to co’s that work to maintain reputation and rectify complaints … the term brand terrorism has been used to define the destructive power of the one in a forum so one sided and so readily accessed and accepted
