This sounds like a much needed program. Problem is why should Accident Fund have to do it instead of the prescribing doctors? What happened to doctors that cared about the patient and not their wallet? Every day doctors are knowingly turning their patients into drug addicts. How do the doctors answer? Prescibe drugs to help the patient sleep, drugs to calm their stomachs, and more drugs to keep them regular. Hey doc–get a back bone and stop giving them pain killers. Try saving them not killing them.
