Insential and American Safety Insurance have joined to offer a comprehensive management liability program for the hospitality industry.
The product offers employment practices, directors and officers and fiduciary liability coverage as either a package policy or standalone. It is available in all states except Connecticut.
Insential targets hotels and motels, either franchised or independent operations, as well as resorts and other hospitality-related businesses, such as hostels. In the case of franchise operations, optional coverage is available for the franchisor if named in a claim with the hotel franchisee/operator.
“We are providing a broad package of coverages to the hospitality industry at a time when they are most needed,” said Allan Hildebrand, president of the Plano, Texas-based Insential. “We expect to continue to expand our insurance products and services in one of the largest and most dynamic industries in the U.S.”
The Atlanta-based American Safety is rated “A” by A.M. Best.
