PPIB Launches Medical Directors Program

Professional Program Insurance Brokerage (PPIB) has launched a new medical directors program that offers stand alone coverage for all types of medical directors and is available in all states. Coverage is available for direct, in-direct and no patient care. Retroactive coverage is available and there are no deductibles. The coverage applies to a doctor for his medical oversight on a professional liability form; PPIB can cover up to 40 percent direct patient care in some cases. There is also the option to add on general liability and retroactive coverage.

Medical director categories include: occupational therapy clinics, women’s health clinics, research laboratories, prison systems, medical directors as required by state law, colleges, schools, universities, large businesses, medical spas, long term care facilities, salons/spas, animal ranches, and medical directors for tattoo businesses.
