QBE is expanding its offering of employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) for small- and medium-sized businesses that want easy and affordable protection.
Among QBE’s enhanced EPLI offerings is access to an online loss prevention, training and human resources tool center, where employee handbooks, forms and policies can be customized. In addition, business owners may consult with employment liability attorneys via a toll-free help line, as well as EPLI specialists to discuss claims or suits.
According to Head of QBE Regional Insurance Tony Cid, EPLI coverage has evolved from a high-priced option for large businesses to an affordable necessity for all employers. “Nowadays, all business owners must take steps to defend themselves against damaging employment claims,” he says.
