This lawsuit & all others will fail. Regulations passed by both parties in the last 25 years has favored the large financial firms.
These firms have shoveled campaign contributions, also known as bribes to their Con-gress & their President to the detriment of responsible financial firms, many of whom are small to mid-size.
After all of these regulations, it is undisputed that this super sized financial mafia, are bigger than they were before the financial crisis{which was their intention}. They are now in the process of destroying what remains of the responsible financial firms.
What can you do? Move your funds to the responsible firms that are not participating, in this financial fascism.

I agree but I am afraid that most Americans have already forgotten how we got into this mess and these lawsuits mean to just muck it up so that the shell game can return. The CFPB and FSOC were made possible because folks “forgot” to play by the rules in the first place. A thief will always complain when he finds locks on doors. The more they b*tch, the more I am sure these are necessary.
