Just recently took part in the “Big I” on-line educational requirement in the interest of receiving a discount on our E&O insurance. Throughout the material it was clearly stated that the CGL was by far and flat out the leading line of E&0 activity. Now comes this article under the same flag stating that WC is leader. Which is it?

I agree with the comment the CGL is the leading line of insurance that causes E&O claims based on the loss data captured by IIABA’s E&O endorsed program.
