    Really, trying that case in New Orleans? Not a favorable jurisdiction for BP. Guess they figured that out after paying a whole bunch of lawyers a whole bunch of money.

    Can anyone tell me what the U.S. governement does with the $4.5 billion penalty- where does it go? How is it allocated?

    Power outages are one of the most frequent and impactful business hazards. Recent natural disasters have shown that outages can and will disrupt businesses and create major economic losses. Unfortunately, many businesses including hospital have not taken appropriate measures to mitigate this risk.
